To help assist with social distancing requirements due to Covid-19 we are currently offering virtual tours on multiple platforms.
What is a Video Tour Like?
Currently our video tours are limited to (maximum) 30 minutes. It is a lot like ordering something over the phone, but you get to see our faces so it can be a more human experience. Instead of waiting for email/text messages with product photos we can show you the entire selection available, explain questions you may have about a product or even show you the rest of the store! The option to show or hide your video is up to you. You can choose to do a video tour as an individual or with a group of people you know.
Do I have to buy something if I book a tour?
No, not at All. This is an opportunity for us to share with you the social element of our brick and mortar store and all the wonderment associated with how we organize and display things. (We really pack a lot in - and it's hard to illustrate online).
Can I do a tour with my friends/family?
Yes! Group tours are so much fun. We can show you all the different things and you can experience it "together" when you are apart.
Do I have to use the whole 30 minutes?
No, of course not. The amount of time is up to you. Two minutes are just as acceptable as 10 there is no set minimum.
What platforms are Tours Available on?
Currently Tours are available on three major platforms. However, if you don't have any of these and you wish to tour on a different one feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to find a way.
